Account & Data Deletion

Open the LicenGo UK app, go to the Profile tab, tap "Delete my account", and confirm. Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately — this cannot be undone.

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@licengo.co.uk from your registered account email address with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and delete your account and data within 30 days.

Your profile and login credentials, study progress (mock tests, hazard perception attempts, study plans and question history), saved course access, and referral data are permanently deleted as part of this process.

Records of completed purchases (amount, date and course purchased) are retained for up to 7 years, as required by UK tax and accounting law (HMRC record-keeping requirements). Once your account is deleted, this data can no longer be linked to a working login or used to access the app.
